Lancastrians go first. It seems natural to go for the flank attack with Oxford on the right, even though the hedge slows down the advance and is a great position if you stay on the defense.

1: Lanc: Oxford
2: Lanc: continuation w Oxford
3: York: Richard

Richard's flank attack is more effective. Tight formations make retreats impossible, so lots of eliminated units.

6: Warwick

Richard's attack really roll up its opponents opp as he activates 3 times in a row. Warwick moves the reserve there in hope of stabilizing situation and flank the flankers with a continuation.

The withdrawal levels at this stage are 13 for Lancaster to 2 for York.

They do in fact get plenty of continuations, and badly maul both Richard's force and Oxford get to get his flank attack rolling too.

Flight points: 19 Yorkist to 14 Lancastrian.

11: York Edward

Edward peels off units from the center to restore the left. The counterattack has some success, but would really have needed continuation to get rolling...

12: Lanc: Oxford

Oxford continues to be successful, but in a setback falls himself! His replacement commander would like continuation to push the attack but fails. Yorkists are now one point shy of having to start checking withdrawals.

13: York Edward

Edward pushes back the Lancastrian right a bit, but fails his continuation needed to get momentum.

14: Lanc: Warwick

The Lancastrians switch to the other flank. Warwick tries to take out a few knights to force the Yorkists to start checking for withdrawal, but they put up a surprisingly stiff fight, and Warwick fails his continuation.

15: York Edward

Edward thus gets an opportunity to continue his attack before the Lancastrian right regroups. Successful, but continuation fails.

16: Lanc: Oxford replacement
17: Lanc Oxford replacement cont

The Lancastrians now play it safe and activate their right to regroup, but also get some limited attacking done. Thanks to continuation, they kill a men at arms unit as well as its commander Hastings and a longbow unit. Hasting's battle flees. Oxford chooses not to pursue, as Edward is very near his withdrawal level anyway. Continuation fails.

18: York Edward

All the Yorkists have to hope for now is some really lucky breaks. Edward starts a ferocious counterattack against the  Lancastrian right. Ironically eased by his battle flight opening up the field. It is very successful but would need a few turns to develop fully, and he doesn't get them, as the Yorkists fail their withdrawal check (only 40% chance of passing). Ending a convincing Lancastrian win.

Playing time: 120 min. Would have played faster if more focused.

Withdrawal levels: York 32 to Lancaster 25.

It is not hard to see cause of win: Out of 18 activations, the Lancastrians got 11 and the Yorkists only 7. Further, the Lancastrians got 7 of the 10 first activations. The Yorkists never managed to climb out of that hole.

I'd rate the balance as possibly favouring the Lancastrians, but not more than whoever gets the most activations win.
